The Rocket Mozzafiato is a stunning looking coffee machine and makes it easy for you to make great coffee at home!

You can enjoy the Mozzafiato in two configurations, the ‘V’ or ‘R’. The ‘V’ comes with a Vibrational Pump, and the ‘R’ comes with a Rotary Pump. The ‘V’ and ‘R’ also feature Cronometro technology. This integration of a digital shot timer allows the user complete control over their espresso flow.

Secondly, each version is fitted with an adjustable PID controller to regulate the temperature of the boiler which allows the home user to fine tune the flavour of their espresso.

Furthermore, the Mozzafiato comes with a 1.8lt boiler matched with an intelligent thermosyphon system. This allows the machine to deliver consistent temperature and pressure. Home Barista’s will love the control over the brewing and steaming process.
