Firstly, the Giotto is available in two configurations, ‘V’ and ‘R’. The ‘V’ comes with a Vibrational Pump, and the ‘R’ comes with a Rotary Pump. The ‘V’ and ‘R’ also feature Cronometro technology. This integration of a digital shot timer allows the user complete control over their espresso flow.

Secondly, each version is fitted with an adjustable PID controller to regulate the temperature of the boiler which allows the home user to fine tune the flavour of their espresso.

Furthermore, the Giotto comes with a 1.8lt boiler matched with an intelligent thermosyphon system. This allows the machine to deliver consistent temperature and pressure.
